Question about ps3 rosters

If you do not have internet access with your ps3, are you out of luck with the rosters? Or is there a place you can download the rosters for free?

Wow, you'd think someone in this small community would have some insight on this?

Seem to remember from last year's game you could copy rosters over to the PS3 straight from a downloaded file from a computer using a flash drive. I remember the files being linked in threads as well.
