PS3 Roster Transfer Process

OK, I have a dumb question...

I am setting up a dynasty for my son, and he wants to use a nice custom roster.

I have a roster available that I used for my dynasty that I created ages ago, and I can't remember how to use custom rosters with a dynasty. For the life of me, I can't seem to get a custom roster working with his new dynasty!

So, any advice on how to set up a dynasty with a custom roster would be greatly appreciated!!!

If I only have Madden 11 for the PS3, and not NCAA, how do I download draft classes so I can use them in Madden? I want to use daniverson's draft class, but I don't have NCAA...

Has anyone successfully transfered and uploaded the roster on the PS3 if one person can the rest can just download theirs.
