Is it possible to upload rosters onto PS2 without PCSX2 ??

Hey everyone, I'm new to the whole importing/uploading of rosters so I'm looking for some guidance. Is it possible to upload any NCAA football 06 roster into my PS2 without using PCSX2 ??

I don't have a laptop capable of supporting PCSX2 so unfortunately I can only play the game on my PS2 but would really like to use some updated rosters. Any help would be much appreciated !!

You can buy a memory card with a save file for the name on ebay. I just bought two accidentally so if you want me other one, lmk. It really brings so much to the game.
