This mode might be getting some burn this year. How are the early reviews?

Are the frequent disconnects still around from 18 ?

Are wins properly being awarded, when you opponent dashboards, quits etc ?

Wait till the next patch comes out. The interior defense has been nerved and it’s NBA jam wide-open basketball you cant play d on line. The EA access version played great this week until launch No it plays is terrible

Is there an option to play WNBA head to head this year?

Played one game and it was dunk city. Almost impossible to play defense. It was on a low difficulty for sure. Had a fun game that went to OT but it wasn’t realistic at all.

The fun factor online is definitely back for me.

Not perfect by any means but the first LIVE game this gen where I felt like the gameplay wasn't holding me back.

Like others have said, interior defense is a little all over the place sometimes, but just being able to finally consistently block shots and alter dunks is a drastic improvement lol

And I'm happy to say that I've had no lag at all in any of my games. Haven't checked W-L but I've gotten my points anytime someone quit

Also needs for shooting fouls in paint.

H2H is a bit rough ATM.

Live desperately needs some kind of crowd detection. Players are dribbling deep in the middle of several players without consequence...then dunking on that crowd. There's an insane amount of dunks per game.

Also, this is still happening....dead in the middle of tightly contested 3rd and 4th quarters. This was a huge issue last year.

Ditto. I’ll add there were literally 14 foul calls in the 2 online games I played. Total joke as of right now.
NBA Jam is more realistic at this point.
