New Official EA Accessibility Bug Reporting

Hello, I'm the EA Sports Accessibility Lead. Yesterday, the accessibility bug reporting forum went live. If you have any game issues related to any disability, you can log them here. If you see a topic already there you are also experiencing, please click "me too" instead of filing a new topic.

As a disabled gamer, I like seeing developers look at this issue.

Auto Subs still doesnt work.
Have them turned off and CPU still Subs
Very annoying

Main issue#

Game freezes up on re-loading page, every time after I play a game in Ultimate mode, on the PS4. Its 1 game and out, or I have to re-start the console.

Other issue#

Gameplay in TheOne & ULT (not Play Now) changes sometimes after updates, & not for the better.
