Even though I can see how I missed it I'm still not sure if I'm putting enough power on the shot or not. I'm going to keep playing around with it b/c I think I'll figure it out. Overall my best bets right now is to play lock down D and post up on the other end with Pau. Now for the negatives for all the nice things I'm feeling with the controls they are looking terrible on screen LOL! The blocked shots look funky as hell and some of my steals have been a lil WTF!! sometimes. I'm looking past a lot of it because the control is a lot of fun to use, but I can see how this is going to turn off a lot of guys. Overall the game has been a lot of fun to play but it looks downright ugly a lot of times. Contextual animations are going to need a lot of work next year for sure. So basically I would say the game is a lot of fun for me to play but it loses a lot of points due to animations. Right now I'm going to give the game 7.0 because it is fun for me to play but the genericness of it isn't good at all. Back to playing the game for me....

I thought i had the dribble moves figured out and how to get past someone but i jumped the gun in saying that. it only lasted a few games and then after that it was back to fisher being stuck on me and rondo like glue. At times i can break his ankles but half the time its like i cant go nowhere

I think everyone that is enjoying the demo agree that things like crazy and weird at times but its fun to play

i have been messing around with kg in the post.
I will tap the r stick to the left or right and he does a little shimmy,

if you press r stick either way he spins that way if you,

if you do the layup motion from the post you get a hook shot either way,

if you push up he does a turnaround, and tapping up gives you a pump fake up and under

and if you tap L2 and push the left stick in a certain direction you get a hop step in that direction

i thought it was okay. i enjoyed the "legendary" mode. i'm not sure how i feel about the controls though.

I can't believe they would release a demo and not know what is happening in the demo. This stuff gets tired and old not knowing stuff like rocket dunks exist in your product until the consumer points it out

not knowing if ref's move on the floor until the consumer points it out...

I was one of those people cause my monitor gets glitchy when the PS3 uses 720p ( for a reason I haven't figured out yet ) and.. When I played my first couple games in 480p, I was like, it looks so low res. This can't be right. I checked my monitor to see what resolution it was running in and it said 720x480. Another problem with the game is the shot trajectories. You need them in a basketball game. . I can't believe they took all those things out!!! I am really disappointed in this demo, gameplay wise. . . you can't even change the sliders for the speed of the game which is CRAZY.

They shouldn't have taken ALL of NHL's concepts and put it in this game. You need Turbo in a bball game. Sometimes the controls are unresponsive, I try to do a cross over and can't even cross over and get the ball stolen.

the controls to me are for Player Lock alone, I had the most fun in Become Legendary, but without Turbo, it's not as fun as it could be. You cannot put pressure on the Defense in this game. EA is going about this all wrong. . . .The graphics would be better if they added definition to the players, but the animations are VERY BAD, especially if you can control everything. . it doesn't help at all!!!

Also they should take out the Pro Hop and change it into a gather, if your gonna take out the Turbo, might as well have something to gain proper momentum.

I don't think NBA Jam will really save this game, and this is coming from a guy who been playing Live for a LONG TIME!!!

And live 10 was decent if they would improve from what they had their this could been a great game
