Is it EA's fault or the cheesers to blame?

Hey all there seems to be a controversy recently about whether the new patch has fixed the infamous 3pt glitch or not. Now from what I've been reading it seems the shooting percentages are realistic but many believe a player should be penalized for attempting an unrealistic amount of threes because fatigue should kick in. I am curious about where many stand on this and I believe this could help EA on what actions to take if any about this particular issue. Opinions really can't be challenged so feel free to post yours. Persoanally as long as the shooting percentages are accurate I don't see what else EA can do about a cheeser exploiting the game. Even if they increased the fatigue effect a cheeser will sub in his best shooter off the bench and keep firing. I read one post about some guy using Jason Kidd to score 40 something points all from behind the arch. So what do you say is there a way EA should be able to stop this or is the way someone plays out of their hands?

ea obviosuly, i dun think cheesers should be blame, i mean, i have to tell myself not to do something just to play the game fair, n i shouldn't have to do that because the game shouldnt' even allow myself to cheat, i should look for the easiest and most successful way to score, and even it is cheating, it gives me the points and should be ok with that, btw, id on't play online, never, i play agasint cpu, but i m just saying that...so screw EA!!! PATCH 2 WAS NOTHIGN!

I've not played online but I do know that there is something wrong with a game where I'm more apt to hit a 3 with someone around me than a wide open shot under the basket. That's just not right.

Its all about how the 3's are made, if the player is holding turbo to get to the 3 point line and shooting, that is a out of rhythm 3 point shot which means your 3 point rating should be very low, IE, If mo williams is a 89 3 point shooter he should play like that with in rhythm shots, Catch and shoot , of pick and pop, but if the user just holds turbo and runs to a spot to jack shots his 3 should be a 50 because it is unrealistic, that wil deter players from doing that, I dont mind getting beat if a player is doing a pick and pop or spot up 3 but when it becomes hold, turbo shoot 3 thats is a problem.

EA just needs to make it so that you can contest these cheese 3's better and they need to make it so that if you contest the shot it should be a miss.

This is my problem with this whole ordeal. And this go for most games on the market. If there is something we're supposed to be doing the devs need to tell us. I really get tired of this "figure it out yourself" deal with games these days. They come out with crappy manuals and I use the term manual loosely as they are more like pamphlets, and expect us to get every nuance of a game. If this can be defended then a dev needs to get on this site and give us step by step instructions on how to do this.

It's always cheeseer, don't matter what EA do, ppl always find a way to cheat to win.... I've never played online one on one for that simple fact. I would applaud EA if they made a cheese free online game, because they would be one of the first.
