Realistic Progression?

Do you think we will ever see it in a bball game? Live is a joke when it comes to progression! When a player first gets into the NBA he is about as quick as he is going to get. The things that he will improve on is strength, skills, and consistency. It sucks that they have to start rookies out lower athletically, so that they don't improve to high. Example...the second brandon jennings stepped on the court he was one of the top 5 quickest players in the league. Yet his speed and quickness were lower then they should have been so he had room to grow without maxing his speed right away. Same with a few other rooks like flynn and lawson. Everybody knows what kind of athlete is most cases players are before they ever play a pro game. Players shouldnt improve 10+ points on there speed over the course of their career. Same with vert...most players with jump there highest when they first get into the league and it will only decrease over there career, and then there skills take up the slack. Agree or disagree?
