New to the Live Series (Question)

Hey

I'm strongly considering getting NBA LIVE 10, despite owning the last 5 2k games. I've been unintentionally following Mike Wang's work ever since basketball games hit the XBOX (You name it.. NBA Inside Drive, then the 2k series...). I'm getting tired off NBA 2k10 rereleasing the same game full price and all that. But I have some questions about the new Live. (Apologies in advance if these questions have already been answered)

Will it be possible to play a few games in Dynasty mode instead of the full 82? Just want to feel that the games I'm playing in the regular season actually have an affect instead of the computer simming and me missing the playoffs.

Is there an official figure fore the amount of signature shots in the game?

82 games for franchise mode only and this game probably doesn't feature as many sig shots as 2K10 but what they lose in quantity they make up for in quality imo.

yes, this year for live is more about game play and fun, rather than content. We should expect more content next year, but right now the game is focused on delivering a more pleasurable experience.

Thats where we are at

Live was deep in Duhon for years.

they needed a core sim solid engine and ggameplay.

we, for the most part have it.

now we move forward.

Nba live 10=Fundamental basics of basketball..No over animations/No clunkyness/Uptempo just like the real nba..BEST b-ball game out..My imo 2k needs to get the basics right and they need to fix alot of stuff thats broken..2k is clunky/Not as uptempo and it feels dead

Agreed.

NBA LIVE 11 with Dynasty as the main focus and LBJ on the cover in a Knicks uni [whether he signs there or not] will be heaven.

I'd buy five and give them to kids who never heard of basketball before.
