Pretty impressive stuff right there.

I know Mike said they actually recorded the rim sounds from an nba game but that "kicking an empty trash can" sound on dunks is weird imo.

I agree, but it's more like rim sound since it sounds like the same clank no matter if it's a dunk, layup, brick. They definitely don't have the variety of sounds that need to be there.
