Excuse my ignorance but what's a waigu folder? I purchased 2k20 via Steam last year and I don't see any folder with that name in my local directory

Its a mod that allows the game to read mods. You have to create it and place it in the same place your 2k .exe is placed. You place all your mods inside the waigua folder.
