Are you sure? I'm almost positive it was only for consoles. I checked the price history on it using isthereanydeal and the current price is the all the low for it. I also did some searching for the deal and didn't find anything about it being available on steam at the time.

Regardless, I'm definitely the type to wait and look for deals, but even at the current price it's a great and reasonable price especially considering how many hours you can potentially get out of it, even playing casually. A few bucks here and there isn't worth waiting IMO.

^^^ I agree, it's a solid game and I love all of the customization and mods etc. Can't beat that price. Also it may not get lower until months after 2k20.
