Why did 2K lock online at 60 fps?

It's locked on 60fps and cut scenes at 30 fps. Gameplay is choppy and laggy because of this even if I am at 60 all the time. I get smooth 80+fps offline. Why 2k

I doubt that makes any difference. I think it's because the game is more stable at 60fps.

The worst thing is that the game is choppy as hell even with 50/20 connection and 60fps constant. It drops from 60 to 59 and it chops like a mfer.



The game is smoother when not locked because we get less input lag.

2k locks you to 60 fps online since the game is existing on pc (2k9).and Yes und pretty annoying that you feel every fps that you are under 60.
