Re: Worth it on PC?

Question for you PC faithful:

I have a GTX 750 (don't laugh, it has been a while ) which beats the minimum requirements for the video card but not by a ton. The last game I had was 2k17 for PC and there was a crowd bug that would stutter the game to heck until you turned it off. My thinking is that despite my great desire for the PC version, the age of my machine is making me want to just go for the PS4 and know it works, especially if the graphics aren't going to be that much better.

So I guess I have two questions. 1. Is the 750 going to be enough to noticeably beat a console (PS4 standard) or should I just go for the PS4 version? Strictly offline, so that doesn't matter to me.

2. Is the crowd bug fixed and are there any other stuttering bugs to be concerned with?

Thanks, the PC crowd is awesome, hate it I just can't keep up with you folks anymore.

#2 in your program, #1 in our hearts. You will be missed, Red.

Re: Worth it on PC?

I have a 750TI and it plays fine for me. 60fps on the court with I think only reflections turned off. And I haven't experienced any sort of crowd bug that caused stuttering, so maybe that was just last year?

Re: Worth it on PC?

I see it's 30 on steam. I'd get it to play offline maybe but I worry about all of the bad glitches and problems reported on console. I always found gms seemed to play better on pc, but if it's gonna crash or glitch and that can't be fixed, that sucks. I'd much rather get 2k than like pro bball manager for the same price. But I prol won't because Id wanna go deep on franchise and I keep thinking about all the things people say don't work this year.

Re: Worth it on PC?

I really like it and it is optimized much better for PC in comparison to 2k18.

Re: Worth it on PC?

Love it on PC, running with default sliders and its still a challenge.
Overall I will never buy another console copy.

PC has me spoiled since 2K9!

Never looked back I have 2k9 thru 2K19 on steam and a few physical PC copies.

I agree with above. Couldn't see myself going back toc console, especially as an exclusive offline player. I just wish rosters were cross platform.
