I live in El Nido Philippines and get on average 1 mbps using a cell phone company for internet since I'm on a island in the middle of the Pacific ocean. I own a resort here so I'm stuck with bad internet and I usually don't download games unless i'm a bigger city but this is the game I can never wait for.

I also ordered from CDKeys and yesterday they told me I'll get my key one day before the release, so I guess in 4 hours...

Have many female friends in Cebu and on the island I know what you mean about the connection.. Missed have to top up.. For data.. it's way different than America.
