then I'd first double check that you have the latest version which should include: Modded, 2K17WAIGUADLL.dll, dinput8.dll, option.ini (all the files should be dated 11/6/2016, with the exception of the dinput8.dll which is from 10/26/2016). Note too, that the Modded folder should have the following subfolders: clothing, dornas, shared, shoes.

If you're missing any of the above plugin files or they're outdated, redownload the plugin from here http://forums.nba-live.com/downloads...ail&df_id=8772
and reinstall everything.

Also, open your option.ini and make sure it looks like this (Where each option =0):

If any of those options are set to 1 reset them to zero and see if that works. (note that this is typically a fix for crashing and not for mods not showing up, but it's worth checking).


If you haven't been using subfolders at all and have ALL of your mod files loose in the Modded folder, it may be easier to just remove and reinstall all the mods that use subfolders from scratch than trying to get them sorted manually (see below, under "If yes" for details).

Are you using the subfolders?

Inside the Modded folder, there should be the following subfolders: clothing, dornas, shared, shoes.

For example, with uniform mods, the clothing_resource files
(e.g. clothing_resource_u001mil_current_away_font.iff) should all be in the clothing folder while the uniform iffs (e.g. u001mil_current_away.iff) stay loose in the mod folder.

For dornas, the files go inside thedornas folder within the Modded folder with no loose files (the dornas I've download all have come in the dornas folder already though, so that's what I meant in my previous post by just dropping the entire folder into the Modded folder).

Typically the mods are all ready sorted with the proper folder structure needed, so it should mostly be just drag and drop once you're sure your set up right.

You may very well know all that, but I know some people were unpacking all the subfolders and leaving them all as loose files in the Modded folder, so I thought I'd check if that was it in your case.

OK...I'll check these out later thanks for the help. NEW scoreboard mod is here and I got it to work no problem. Those boys at NLSC are saving this game for me lol...love the work modders are putting in!

Only thing that could possibly be better than what the guys over there have done so far would be to swap out thepre game stuff with a "NBA on NBC" intro movie. #nostalgiagoggles

The PC version has always been the best, just because of the customization of the game. You can edit mostly everything, including faces, arenas, jerseys, etc... And the added plus of having a video card that makes everything look more realistic.

Dude I got everything to work. I didn't realize there were sub folders in the modded folder. I just downloaded the plug in and switched the two files that came with it. Dornas installed and looking tight! Along with new NBATV scorebug , this game comes to LIFE!

I have not modded 2K since 2K14, I guess you have to unpack all files and repack them? The downloads here are the old iff files. How the **** do you mod it?

No, once you install the plugin, it should all be drag and drop pretty much like it used to be minus a couple of small changes.

First, download this: http://forums.nba-live.com/downloads...ail&df_id=8772

Install that in your NBA 2K17 folder.

That will install the following files: 2K17WAIGUADLL.dll, dinput8.dll, option.ini as well as the Modded folder (which should have the following subfolders: clothing, dornas, shared, shoes).

After that, just download the mods you want and drop the contents into the modded folder and play. That's pretty much it.

There are some mods that use subfolders in addition to the .iffs we're all used to, but they are typically already sorted as they should be by the modders. As long as you drag and drop the contents of the modded folder as they set it, you should usually be fine.

I talked about those in more detail a couple of posts up though, if you want/need more info.
