PC version missing Simulation setting?
Can't seem to find the gamestyle setting anywhere. I've always selected Simulation in previous games, but the setting that allows you to change it between Casual, Normal or Simulation seems to be gone on PC. Anyone else seeing this?

They're gone.

You now choose the difficulty or make a custom...
