You enter the code in the locker....my code looked like it had a "W" in it, but turned out it was actually two "V" side by side. Everything worked after that and then could use the team in Play Now.

Do you have to enter dashes?

Yes, dashes must be included.

Dang I think I got a bum key then. I read somewhere else that o's look like zeroes so I thought that was it, but nope. Is it case sensitive?

Edit: Got it to work. Those I's sure look like 1's.
