Anyone out there that can answer

I've got an Asus rog. 16gb ram, Intel core 7 , gtx960m 2gb video card. Can I run it at full settings?

I would imagine so. I have an i5, 16gb of RAM and a 970, and I can play on max settings at 4k resolution. Since you'll be playing in 1080p most likely, I think you'll be fine.

Is there a vision difference on 4k? Do you have any 4k screen shots

I don't know. The game looks good but not great. I imagine it's the textures that aren't optimized for 4k resolution.

On other things made for 4k, yes, there is a big difference. Imagine seeing HDTV for the first time again - it's like that.

In general, though, does it look better than the ps4 version. And also, thanks for the answers. I don't know if I wanna drop another $60 on nba2k

PC will always look better than the PS4 version, granted that you are able to turn everything to max settings. A 960 should be fine.

In terms of dropping $60, you can always browse around to find cheaper yet still legitimate Steam keys. Honestly speaking, though, it's well worth the asking price. It's the best basketball simulation I've ever played.
