any roster creators for PC?

Hi is anyone going to create the missing legends?
I have seen some rosters with Rasheed Wallace on pistons and Blazers but we need Barkley and Toney on 85 sixers fisher on lakers and all others.

I'm not doing that, but what I'm doing is that I'll convert Hypeballer/DC roster for PC. If you are interested in helping, pm me or Hypeballer (or both)

Is there any third-party application that can be used to customize/create rosters? Or is the only option to go through the super-laborious process of trading players back and forth with the designed-for-console UI?

It's being worked on afaik on NLSC forums.

Good to hear...Will go over there to dig around. Would be amazing to have something to streamline creation of an entirely customized league.

I am positive that this year users are going to mod a lot of teams and rosters they have already found suns93 with Barkley and a lot of other historic players
