Steam NBA 2k16 PC Preorder Bonus Problem

Goods, due to the overwhelming positive feedback I've made the leap to buying nba2k before release for the first time ever. I bought it last night (9/25), the steam store page said the pre-order bonus was still active.

I did get the preload.

I do have a box checked for preorder content on the steam game page.

I do not have any bonus VC or emerald packs.

Is there something I'm missing or some code that was sent somewhere that I should look out for? Or is this not working for anyone right now?

I preordered off of G2A and received 2 keys, 1 for the game itself and 1 for the preorder bonuses that I have to unlock within the game itself.

I don't think I've any one on the internet receive their preorder bonus on PC. You're not alone OP.

They probably enable it on Tuesday, nearly no one got their Pre-Order Stuff so far.
