Apparently I'm the only moron that can't find the file - what's the user name/ file name? I tried keeks, "2k16" 2k16 draft and rosters July", what am I missing?

u might be searching by name instead of title? if ur searching name it should be there under "keeks". It has 2.2k downloads so it should be on the big list of DLS on 2k share without having to search. IDK if it really shows there tho for me it shows at the bottom b/c I made it

Not sure if you know about it, but a good resource for update information is the two stickied posts at the top of Reddits r/NBA subreddit, which has constantly updated team rosters and free agent signings.
