My career black skin/glitch

Anyone playing my career in pc have skin glitches where my players skin becomes completely black during *gameplay only* Also the shoes most of the times gltiches out with weird color textures? Anyone no a fix. Playing the game on max settings with aa 8×32 . Reso 1980x1080

change FAST_TEXTURE_TRANSFER = 1

to

FAST_TEXTURE_TRANSFER = 0

It's a glitch because your player has to be a black man???
