F12 to take the screenshot in-game (you probably know that).

Then Shift-Tab to bring up the in-game interface and click on View Screenshots (or it'll come up automatically once you close the game session).

Select the photo/s you want to upload and click upload.

Now here's the part you're probably interested in...to link the picture you need to go into your online screenshot library, click on the picture, and then click it again to show it in a full window. Copy the URL from there and paste into a post with the IMG tag.

Example (replace parentheses with brackets):

(IMG)http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/43107419886972045/D8C641B2274164190BB731D4B91BDF73863C4E40/(/IMG)

You don't want the facebook-looking page URL with steamcommunity in it - that won't copy over as an image.

Sounds complicated but once you know where everything is it's really easy.
