I'm pre-loading as well. This is the first game I pre-order in years.

For those who have downloaded already, do the game files show up in your steam folder? Or are they in some uber encrypted vault somewhere on your computer until the game is unlocked? Hopefully they're just sitting there in the normal folder.

I can't wait to go snooping through the files. I'll report back anything I can figure out. Mainly I think I'll be checking to see if different files can still be opened by some of the modding tools.

That should be a good indicator on how moddable the game is out of the gate.
