I ran my current laptop's specs on Game Debate and while it is well powerful, the Intel 4000HD graphics are lacking for the game (if anyone can, please inform me as to how lacking they are), so 'm giving thoughts on getting a used machine. Could anyone provide feedback on these specs which I've copied and pasted from Kijiji:

1.
Intel Core i7 2720QM Quad Core CPU at 2.2GHz (turbo up to 3.3GHz)
Nvidia GeForce GT 555m with 3GB of dedicated video memory
8GB of DDR3 1600MHz RAM
750GB HDD

2.
i7-2630QM 2.0. Turbo to 2.9 Hz. Quard cores, It is Powerful, with a score of 5568
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?...QM+%40+2.00GHz

AMD Radeon™ HD 6770 128bit 1G Dedicated DDR5 . with a score of 1673. (Switchable with Integrated Intel HD to lower the power consumption )
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gp...HD+6770&id=284

8G DDR3 RAM (Upgraded upon purchase)
500 G HDD
15.6" HD resolution 1377 X 768
Backlight Touchpad.
Beats Audio
Fingerprint reader
DVD-RW
Win 8.1 Pro

Thanks
Here is a copy and paste:

NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M is slightly better than AMD RADEON HD 6770. NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M has the same performance as ATI RADEON HD 5850. Computers with ATI RADEON HD 5850 cost at least x2 more than the once with NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M. I recommend that you buy a computer with NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M, mainly because it is better than AMD RADEON HD 6770, and cheaper than ATI RADEON HD 5850. To find out more information about NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M visit: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-...M.41933.0.html

But if possible just build a budget pc.

You should be able to run it at medium, at least.

You should be fine for about medium settings. I have a Zotac 560ti I used to use running in my son's PC. It tends to lag when you get the detail too fine. Of course that was with 2k13 and 14, so I can't really be sure how the new engine is going to tax things. If anything, that's going to be your bottleneck. The rest should be up to scratch.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't own he machines I asked about, but because I am thinking of buying something used, I'm posting here before I commit. Therefore, I'm not gonna buy the machines I listed, I don't want to buy something that may only work for 2K15 before being obsolete in a year.

Probably not, or should I say I don't think you could run it well with those specs.

Hate to add to the questions, but I've been out of the loop for a couple years on the nba 2k series. Does anyone know if this would run the new game coming out. It's a laptop but I plug it into my TV when I use it to play. TIA.
Intel Core i5 3210M 2.5 GHz (3 MB Cache)
6 GB SDRAM
750 GB 5400 rpm Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M
Windows 8

You should be able to run it, maybe not maxed out but at least at decent settings.
