Aderito, When can we expect the next update man? I'm gonna finally start an Association need a good DC.

My humble advice, you need to turn down potential rating. Maybe use Slimm's system:

Potential - Subjectively edited using tiered system.

95 Lock for Hall of Fame
85 Perennial All Star
75 Potential All Star
65 Starter
55 Role player
45 Bench player
35 D-League player
25 Adam Morrison
