PC Graphics Glitch?

It seems that any player with a hairstyle that isn't some form of close shave has their hair textures look all weird. Even the model for Myplayer where I have it set to spiky hair looks like some horrible combover attempt with wisps of hair.

This happens whether I'm trying to use Catalyst Control Centre to control the graphics, or everything done in game.

Am I the only one this is happening to?

No it happens to me as well, it's you antialiasing, pay with that to fix, at the moment I'm not sure what option, will check when I get home because I know exActly which option it is

Im having issues with the graphics aswell despite that i have a good pc runnin... it migt be AA
Does anyone know why i cant change video option in game? And why MSI afterburner shows that game runs in Direct 9?
