With Vsync on or off? Has to be with it on because a 560 should be able to breeze through this game.

With Vsync on. I turned off Vsync in the game but in the control panel I turned it on for Nvidia...did I do it wrong? 52fps is what benchmark is telling me

Hmmm.... I have the same card (just upgraded last week), but my processor is less powerful presumably, a dual-core @ 2.7ghz, 5GB RAM, same Win7 64, 750GB hdd.... and it runs the game maxed @ 60fps seemingly with no sweat.

I did enable Vsync, I also got an app called d3d overrider (IIRC), in which I set 2K to Med/Force Triple Buffering. Also, I was able to get even smoother performance once I got the program "Nvidia System Tools" and played around with OC'ing the card modestly. It's free and is integrated right into the Nvidia Control Panel which is pretty sweet. You can play around with OC'ing it slightly little by little until you find a comfortable balance with performance/stability.

Yeah turn it off on both, or in the nvidia settings "use application setting" and it will go by what you have it set as in game. Your rig should have no problem running this game on max settings

Re: Only getting about 50 fps on Geforce gtx 560

Thank goodness I stumbled upon this thread, I forgot to turn off Vsync for the card. I was stuck at that exact 52 fps. I have a GTX 275, which I know is a few years old, but I was wondering how my card could have aged that quickly in only a year. Switched it, and had an instant boost, now back over 100.

Re: Only getting about 50 fps on Geforce gtx 560

I noticed turning in game AA off and turning it on in Nvidia Control Panel (override application setting) under Game Profiles gets better results, much like MLB2k12. Makes sense because afterall it's a port from the consoles which can't handle proper AA.
Running Max at 2560 x 1440 with AA SLI 8x Transparency on 8x(supersample) in nvidia Control Panel. 96-100 fps ingame reading and 105-115 in fraps.
If I run application control in Nvidia control panel and set ingame AA at 8 with quality at 3. I get around 72-77. That's with I5 2500k and 2 580's in SLI.

In regards to using Vsync try putting on Adaptive in Nvidia Control Panel. Also turning on Triple buffering when vsync is on will help performance.
