No, I did put them in the C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K13 folder, but still, nothing... I experienced this with other rosters before but then I thought it was just the rosters, maybe it has something to do with my pc then.

Try doing an uninstall/reinstall. I've heard this from NLSC where the portrait.cdf and portrait.iff files are conflicted. If you reinstall the game then reinstall the cyberface pack, it should work.

slimm are you about to finish the playbooks edits... i played yesterday with your the openingday 4 version after a short break from the game and it played so amazing. i hope we will get your new update with vans playbook-edits soon. i'm not quite sure if i shold try to play the game on hall of fame with those sliders someone posted in the slider section... i played two games yesterday grizz-lakers and okc-celts... (btw both on allstar with mkharsh sliders) wow it felt almost like i'm watchin real nba stuff on my screen. there's only one thing i don't like but its not your rosters fault. 2k should fix the boxout situation. i do not always want to push the L1 to force my players to box out my opponent. continue your great work man

It's going to be a little while. I'm working on several edits right now which have pushed the release timeframe back. I won't be posting much as I'm going to try to get it knocked out. Lots of editing and testing to do.
