48fps with low crowd and high everything else. No AA, No Filtering, No V-Sync ; still looks better than consoles(at least the meat and potatoes do)

Yup. I doubt mods make the game any more demanding.

Mods that could mess with the game's performance are mods that are hacked for higher quality (texture size) than what you already have, but there isn't a lot of them, if any. (I've only seen shoes mods that have this kind of hack.)

Also, ENB "photo mods" and any injector (e.g. the FXAA one) will drop your performance.

Rest of the mods don't have any performance impact whatsoever.

hmmm im not sure what im using but im sure its lower than the minimum req... what i do is i lower all the graphics and its not lagging like hell...but some times it still lags...
