NBA2k12 my player crashing after 2 quits

My NBA2k12 has started to crash if I quit anything twice, so for example, if I play 2 games (so after the 1st one, I have to press 'Quit Game') and the 2nd time I press 'Quit Game' it crashes to the desktop. I've had this for a few months now, but recently I reinstalled my NBA2k12 (with the patch), which didn't get rid of this problem, and I'm trying to start a new My Player, but after the Rookie Showcase (which is a 'Quit Game') it crashes right after the words 'NBA Draft' comes up.

This happens everywhere, if I quit twice on trainings, exhibition games, whatever, it just crashes to the desktop.

Any help would be very appreciated! and my computer fulfils all of the specs, 8GB Ram, Windows 7, Intel Core i7, has never had this problem until these few months.

I have the same problem.I should also add that there is no commentators voice , just songs.

Please help!
