Help! End of quarter freezing problem

When playing games in either My Player or Association mode the game will freeze at the start of the 2nd or 4th quarter. It plays smoothly but after the commercial for upcoming NBA games when going back to the game it will either blackscreen or play for about a second at which point the video becomes unresponsive but the crowd and arena noise continues as normal. I've tried letting it sit but it never responds and I am forced to close the program. I've played through countless quick play games that don't have the commercials and it runs flawlessly. I meet all the system requirements for the game and my drivers are up to date. I've tried everything even reinstalling and have heard others have had the same problem but I have been unable to find a solution. Any ideas?

Maybe you got too weak graphic card, so set your settings to lower, maybe will help.
