Editing Staff/Budget

I have the same issue from this thread: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ff-budget.html I want to hire some player scouts, but I cannot because my budget is blown with the 8 million a year NBA scout.

I'm hoping there is a way on the PC version to change this, because there is no way the NBA scout should be making 8 million a year. That's ridiculous.

I remember a work around from a while back, not sure if it still works...but here it is:

Control 2 teams in association
Fire the 8 million scout
With the other team, hire the guy you just fired (remember his name)(make sure this team has budget room)
Now you should have cap room with the original team
