Once Again To No Avail

This is like the third or fourth year in a row that 2K has ignored the significance of paying attention to what works and what doesn't. If you are going to put something in the game, don't say you beta tested it and it's obvious that you didn't.

Examples:

Sliders - 0 means 0 and 100 means 100. If I have a slider set to 0, that means said action shouldn't happen. If it's set to 100, it should happen all the time. Well, some of your sliders DO NOT WORK. I have set contact shot success to 0 for the cpu which means they should never hit a shot after being hit or fouled...PERIOD! No inbetweens, no sometimes, no every now and then...never!!!! Get the crap right!

Off-The-Ball - I love playing off the ball because in my opinion, this is the way you can really tell if the sliders work in every aspect of the game. Well, for the last three or so years, OFF THE BALL DOES NOT PLAY RIGHT! I can't draw charges (even though I have that maxed), the AI for my players is just horrid especially when it comes to passing, my superstars do wayyyyy too many disappearing acts with no points for the game..etc.

Fundamentals- you guys have managed to take away the fundamentals of the game. What happened to bounce passing in obvious situations? Instead, you have it scripted to where the pass attempts to go through the defenders. Since when do point guards like Rondo, Jameer Nelson and Tony Parker lose the ball after getting bumped? Come on now, really?

Here is the point. Don't say you have beta tested something and it becomes glaringly obvious that you haven't just after a few hours of play time. If you call something an option, it has to work properly in order for it to be just that...an option! If it doesn't work, IT'S NOT AN OPTION! I'm not looking for perfection..but when you give us something that has worked lovely in the past and then you mess it up or take it out altogether, you have just taken a huge step backwards.

If it's in the game, MAKE SURE IT WORKS!
