I figured out the problem,i didnt copy the effect.txt cause i thought it was just info on what the effects are, turns out its part of the mod

And yeah now im seeing noticeable difference

Any word on when/if modders will be able to edit and create jerseys? Last I heard, there was some concern that it may not be possible this year.

There are some guys releasing jerseys, or so I thought. Not 100% sure. It'll be possible soon, nba2kway on NLCS is working on a tool, said it should be released soon.

Yeah, from what I've been reading, it sounds like any jersey mods out right now are just edits of 2k11 mods, which causes some pretty ugly bugs in 2k12.

Hopefully 2kway has some luck with creating that tool. It'll be nice to get some Sonics jerseys with appropriate modern shorts length to start my Association with.

He just came back on and said that apparently there are 2 CF's in each players iff file. I'm assuming that i was right, and that all of the "edits" that they were going to update players throughout the season, are packaged into each iff, and that when they update their appearance, they're just flipping a switch in the roster letting the roster know which version of the player to use.

I have some replays I want to upload that I saved in my game, but I honestly have no idea how to view them or upload them outside of the game; they are on my hard drive. My game doesn't have internet access for reasons I *cannot discuss* so I don't know how I would go about doing it.

Is what I am asking even possible?

Moses, brother, suggestion is to ask elsewhere in regards to those issues. Use FRAPS and record them, upload them to youtube yourself. But talkng about a game that "can't have internet access" isn't too highly regarded.
