I downloaded the global for the skinny body frames, extracted the files 276, 312, 476, and 868 and imported them into Leftos superglobal, and Gory's global (I like to switch back and forth between the two).

That way I get keep the cyberfaces. ndlive mentioned this in the official patch thread I believe.

CJ, the reason you "need" to use the headshapes/cyberfaces provided is because they went through and "shrank" each headshape of the players, making their provided headshapes in better proportion to the bodies.

Doesn't have anything to do w/ the legs in the global.

I think the Gasol screenshot of yours, looks like he has a pretty big melon. The rest of them look great from what I can see though. In replay's really the only place you'll notice that it's a tad out of proportion. Unfortunately for me, just "knowing" that their heads are a tad bigger than they need to be will urk me to no end

So..ingame it's not that noticable? I mean, I have an eye for that kind of stuff as I'm modder for Football Manager 20XX, or at least was..
