Low quality visuals on PC

Despite having everything turn on/highest setting game looks like old gen for me. I don't know if its game bug or driver issue (I've updated drivers), but game looks awful with no antialiasing and textures looking low quality in general.
Only thing that helps a bit is to upscale resolution to 4K instead of my monitor native 1080p. Even then game looks kinda subpar and not like what I see from gameplay videos on youtube.
When it comes to any off-gameplay camera cut like quick replays, time out walk offs, player intros etc, game looks much better like it supposed to be and when gameplay starts visuals are awful again.

I saw some more people noticing similar issue on steam forums, but i haven't found any solution so far.

My pc specs:
I5-12600k
RX 6800 16gb
32gb ram
1 tb nvme ssd.

Should really be capable to run game on good quality, but as of now game looks like ps4-gen (except non gameplay camera cuts) if not even worse.

Are you using resolution scaling? FSR?

Tried using it, only make game look more blurry.

Yeah I was going to say to turn off resolution scaling and use native. Any screenshots or videos you can provide showing your game settings and the graphic quality in game?

A bit zoomed in from 2k camera angle to show how low res everything really is.

Re: Low quality visuals on PC

Also, do the visuals improve if you play the game in windowed mode or after reinstalling your GPU drivers using a clean install? That could help isolate whether it's a driver or game-specific issue.
