2K24 Good for Myplayer Enjoyer?

I played 2K on console basically yearly but last year I got rid of my PS5. I've stayed away from 2K on the PC because it isn't next gen and because a lot of people talk about how bad the cheating is.

I mainly play Myplayer and dabble in rec and park. Is 2K24 on pc worth 10 bucks to do these things? It's currently on sale on steam. I'm not sure if you can mod 2K24 or not but if it's better I could get 2K23 and use mods and just play a franchise player locked if that's the better move.

Any insight from anyone who has played 2K24 on PC?
