How can I possibly drive to the basket like the ai does. #frustrated

Lol I know the AI is straight up cheese in this game. They get animations that user-controlled players don't seem to trigger. I went 3-11 from the field in one MC game and every shot I took was at the rim, with a 6'4 220 PG and a 90 shoot in traffic rating.
