Corrupt File Refund

So a month ago mycareer file wouldnt work after i bought some vc for sig skills n all. I called 2k number for 2 days with it never going through (i think its a fakr number so people think their doong something), than i tried email. Over 2 weeks later i get a email saying theyll refund me just give them some info and delete my old files. 3 weeks later they still wont reply to my messages or help. Anyone else get the run around? I told them its insane how bad their service at the end so i doubt i wont get anymore help
