Looking for a Crew (Xbox 360)

Hey guys, I recently got 2k and started with my favorite feature myplayer/mycareer and I have trained my guy to be pretty good so the next step is joining a crew.

My player is a 6-7 point guard (I was watching alot of Penny Hardaway highlight reels so I wanted to make a big point guard). pretty good shooter (83 mid, 85 three). Good Slasher (90 layup with finisher sig skill). I haven't put alot into defense but I'm decently smart so I make up with my poor defensive ratings with good fundamentals (help d from weakside and being in passing lanes).I'm an athletic point guard so my speed and quickness are in the high 80's and I maxed out my vert. Like I said I'm a point guard but because of my height I could probably play the 1-4 positions.

I'm a 6'8" Athletic Small Forward (96 ovr) and I'm looking for a crew that will play constantly and will be together longer than a week.

Pros:

• Nickname is "Baby Melo" because I can score from anywhere in any fashion. Whether it be from 3, Mid-Range or the post. (Trust me, I pass and defend better than him though lol)
  
• I learn my teammates strengths and try to utilize them as best I can. (If I know you hit the corner 3 exceptionally well, expect a pass from me in that corner)
  
• I constantly get 2-3 blocks a game.
  
• I'm not scared to rebound.

Cons:

• The other reason I'm called "Baby Melo" is because when I'm on, I can get carried away. (By that I mean Shot Selection)
  
• I expect you to hit the shots you're supposed to specialize in.
  
• You chuck me, I'm chucking you.
  
• The 3pt shot goes in, but is not in anyway consistent.

would love to see the success rate of these crew free agent threads. in my experience the best way to get a consistent Crew is to build up your nba 2k14 friends list -- of only blacktop players -- so that you have a ton of people to choose from. the best way to build up your friends list of quality players is to play a ton of blacktop games and add the good players on your team or who you played against. I look at blacktop games like I'm an NBA scout looking for untapped talent haha
