We have to pay for Shoes?

My guess is that you have to pay for the shoes but when you sign a contract with the brand you get them for free. Anyone know?

As I understood (from another user's comments, I do not have the game yet) you unlock the shoes in your MyCareer, but can use them only in MyCareer.
For blacktop etc. you have to buy them.
