Every time i have the ball in my hand, the substitution box randomly pops up. It prevents me from scoring or making a pass. How do i stop this?

Note: Not having this problem in any other game i play

this has never happened to me. you are probably pushing the button to trigger it lol.

This has been happening to me constantly. I feel like Ihave to be hitting the dpad somehow but I can't figure out how.

PS3? If so, I got a new controller. I initially thought it was a bug but then I ran into a problem in WWE13 where I'd just randomly taunt when I would try to move. Haven't played a game in NBA (still on 2k11) since but I don't see the problem anymore in WWE.
