What's the best way to practice?

specifically in an online assocation.

Here are my options.

Freestyle - The only way to see my shot feedback and hot zones but its ONE PLAYER AT AT TIME! Why?!?

Free Throw

Plays - Awesome, but I can only run the play until its broken. Then the defense gives up. No ability to see hot zones.

Post Moves - 2 on 2 mode. Useless to me.

Is there anyway to have a scrimmage?!? That way I can run my offense in live situations. Usually I'd just go to live scrimmage from the main home menu but my association consists of a hodgepodge of guys from different teams and I'm trying to get my chemistry together in an environment outside of games that count.

Why not just scrimmage with your starting lineup split up like in real life scenarios. It will at least give you some competitive matchups.

Best way to practice is to 100% mimic your experience. If you play against users practice your plays in online ranked matches or Myteam Mode.
