Is the D League is more like MLB 2K version where you have the ability to send players up or down as you choose and play any or all the D League games as you want. I'm not sure why they don't have this option for the NBA 2K series.

It was in 2k they just removed it for some reason

Yep, i think it was in 2k12 and 11
