My OA won't advance dates???

Ok so I have been in so many leagues that I can consider myself an expert but my friends and I are in a weird situation. We are in our 1st season and in the playoffs, 1st round to be more specific. By the way before the playoffs started we made sure the lg was on "fast". Ok so we advanced into the playoffs , then had no games available, which was strange, so it was late and the admin put the time for 12 to advance, hoping a game would open up early next morning. So finally the 12 hours come but we noticed the date did not advance and no games opened up. We were confused so again we waited for the fastest time possible which was 6 hours or 3 hours I can't remember. Then it advanced again BUT the date didn't advance BUT 1 game opened up! So at the end this is what's happening: Every 2 LG advances 1 game opens up but the date doesn't advance...! Can someone please help us!! The date is stuck on April 19th btw!

I would do a search on the main forum because I'm almost certain this has been an issue for multiple Online Associations

I know in ours we had to create a separate OA just to be able to do the playoffs
