What's wrong with 2k12 servers??

I would check your network settings. I have played online the past few nights without issue (360).

I did and its still saying servers aren't available right now. Any other suggestions?

I have heared rumors that 2k shut down the NBA 2k12 servers.

2k usually always shuts the game down once it hits November with the exception of 2k11

No, the servers are down for good. 2k has confirmed this themselves. They want you to buy 2k13.
It's a disgrace because I'm not buying 2k13 with the knowledge I can only play online for a year.

And this was not due to the hurricane. I live in NYC and they shut down the servers a day before the hurricane even hit. I know because I was online when they shut down the servers.
