How do you guys start your associations? I generally turn off team chemistry but keep on player roles.

I play with them on, makes it more realistic IMO. But everyone's opinion is different. I think it adds something to game when someone is angry because his minutes are decreasing, I like it alot!

I never play with chemistry on, but I do usually leave roles on.

I keep chemistry on and i usually turn off the player roles.

If the logic wasn't flawed and we could manually edit player personalities like "play for contender/contract/loyalty" maybe i'd keep it on. Until then, i can't play the mode if Manu Ginobli is unsatisfied with 26 minutes as the 6th man, and Kevin MArtin at Harden's minutes off the bench.
