Energy Drains Way Too Fast

I play online, and the energy drains way too fast this year. I'm all for using substitutions, but the big men fatigue like they are playing a game in the middle of the Sahara Desert. After about 2 and a half minutes, DeMarcus Cousins only has 3 of his 5 energy bars.

I hope they patch it up. I'm babysitting my substitutions all game because of how much the energy drains.

Too much fatigue is much better than too little. And are you abusing the sprint button?

Yeah you must just be holding the sprint button the whole time... I did that's first few games. Only use it for fast breaks and when you need to be quick, like first steps.

Laying off sprint also gives you better control of the player on both sides of the ball.

Re: Energy Drains Way Too Fast

I started an Online Association with 12 min quarters, and my bigs are pretty much spent 3 minutes in. So I'll sub in another big around the 8 or 9 minute mark, and he's dead in three minutes or so, too. So 7 minutes into the game, and all my starting and bench big men are tired.

It's pretty ridiculous considering I don't sprint with them, and my coach sliders for Offensive Tempo and Fast Break are at 50, so I don't understand why they lose most of their stamina within 3-4 minutes. Adjusting to sliders for fatigue and stamina in OA's don't seem to make a difference, so that's cool.

In the real NBA, starting big men will often play entire quarters without subbing out, and it's not like they are dying of exhaustion by the time the quarter ends.

I've noticed the cpu abuses the sprint button. I always try to switch to one of my bigs when getting back on d....and almost every time their energy bar is drained from sprinting back, usually needlessly.
